Terms and Conditions

1. In case of traffic or parking issues, Lonavala Lake sight may get skipped.
2. Please confirm the current weather and sightseeing points’ conditions before booking, We never guarantee the view and water sight's beauty. Our duty is to bring the cab to the mentioned locations only.
3. In the case of Monkey Point, Sunset point, Kunegaon Waterfall and Waghjai Mata temple car will be staying at Waghjai Mata Temple.
4. The vehicle will not go to places in restricted or prohibited areas.
5. Pickup and drop are available free at 'Lonavala Railway Station' and within a 3 Km distance, additional charges will get applied if pick up or drop is above 3 Km.
6. if customers will make the car dirty by vomiting, spitting, or in any other way then an additional charge of 400 will be charged as a cleaning charge.
7. Packages are for Non AC. 200/- will be added in the case of the AC package.
8. 7 Seater cab will have driver+6 seats, as well a 4-seater cab will have driver+4 seats.
9. Per hour extra charges will be 200Rs for 4 seater and 300Rs for 7 seaters, it will be calculated from pickup time. It will not get reduced from the package if the customer will end the trip early. In case of an early trip end by a customer, no price reductions will be there.
10. If the consumer will keep the cab on hold before pickup, then the duration will start from the pickup time provided while booking.
11. The entry fees at any tourist place like, Wax Museum, Dinosaur Park, Karla Caves, Bhaje caves, and any others are not included in the package.
12. The water level in dams, lakes and waterfalls, and greenery completely depends on the environment and monsoon, please verify the current status before booking. Bhushi Dam, Lonavala Lake, and Waterfalls are completely dry in all seasons except monsoon.
Payment terms & Conditons

1. 30% will be charged for the cancellation before 3 days.
2. 40% will be charged for the cancellation before 2 days.
3. 50% will be charged for the cancellation before 1 day.
4. No Refund for the same-day cancellation, during the ride, or after the driver or cab assignment.
5. Convenience fees are completely nonrefundable.
6. No refund in case of cancellation due to excess pickup location distance (beyond 3 Km distance from Lonavala railway station).
7. The refund process completely depends on the Payment gateway service and it might take 10-15 days to get the amount reversed in the account.
